Note regarding Unauthorized Registration and Housing Services:
It has come to our attention there are companies operating on the internet claiming to offer registration and housing services for ACI Alliance CI2018 DC and CI2019 Miami Meetings. These companies are not affiliated with the American Cochlear Implant Alliance and do not offer any services on our behalf. You may receive e-mails or phone calls from these companies urging you to book hotel rooms or register for the meeting(s). Registration and housing should only be accessed from the ACI Alliance website or CI2018 DC website. Housing reservations should be made directly with the Omni Shoreham.

If you are not currently a member and wish to join to receive the discounted registration rate, please go to the American Cochlear Implant Alliance website at www.acialliance.org and click on the Join Us tab. Professionals who are members either through their Organization or as an Individual Professional Member may receive the discount. Up to 10 individuals from each Member Organization will receive the discounted registration rate. Please note that Consumer Members are not eligible for the discounted registration.
Formal confirmations will be sent to all attendees within 10 business days of receipt.
Substitution and Cancellation Policy
Substitution: Substitution of one individual to another is not permitted.
Cancellation: Cancellation requests must be made in writing and received on or before Monday, January 29, 2018. There is a $50 handling fee for all refunds and returned checks. Cancellations and registrations postmarked after the deadline date will not be eligible for refunds.
